Mikhail Kobzar

Kobzar Mikhail aka “Plastic Sound” was born (21.02.1986) in Moscow Region. Mikhail is a talented and developing musicmaker. He is a producer who moves regardless of all obstacles and stereotypes! The project “Plastic Sound” was created by Mikhail and his friend Artem Sozonov aka Sozonov in 2005. The guys astonished everybody with their work and interested people very soon. Some time later, Artem decided to continue solo career and left the project. Later Mike had to work alone. The first performance of the project was at the festival of DJ arts – “Siberian Gljukva” in 2006. There Mikhail presented all his ability and was appreciated. That year “Plastic Sound” became the winner of annual festival “PROdvizhenie” and took a nomination - “The best electronic project”. In August 2006 “Plastic Sound” signed the contracts with two European labels: “Wasabi recordings” (Germany) and “EmotiveSounds” (Italy). The first vinyl record of the Tyumen project was released on “Wasabi recordings” - «Plastic Sound – Short Circuit EP» (13.10.2006). Music from this plate was estimated on “Love Parade 2006”. It was on the first place in a chart Loveparade.de. Mikhail was included in booking of one of the most famous Russian promo groups “Garage Sound System” in 2007 and became the frequent visitor of clubs across Russia. The member of “Plastic Sound” spent much time in studio, wrote tracks and remixes, so he became more popular not only in Tyumen, but also in other regions. The first CD-album “Plastic Sound - First Action” was released in Spring 2008. The fourth contract was signed with a well- known German label “Gastspiel” in Summer 2008. And in November, 2008 there was the second album that was called “Baptazia”. Nowadays Mikhail is living in Moscow, where he is one of the residents of a label: “Ra Recodrs” (Russia). Mikhail is going to create his own label under the title “Soplate” together with Sozonov and other Techno musicians. His tracks and remixes are often released with such famous stars as: Robert Babicz, Super Fly, Boris Brejcha aka Anna, Trick and Kubik and others. Also Mikhail is the anchorman of radio-show “Kompot Mix” on Fresh Beat Radio. The program is devoted to label “Kompot Recodrs” (Germany), that belongs to Dj Rabitoff and Mikhail aka “Plastic Sound”. Mikhail signed the contract with a well - known label “Malatoid” (Great Britain) in Autumn 2009. This label is often in tops and on the pages of one of the most popular music shops Beatport.com Mikhail took part in such actions as: “White Party” and “Evolution-2006”. People listened Mikhail’s mixes and tracks at a great festival “Kazantip”. His sets could be heard in the night clubs of such cities as: Tyumen, Moscow, Ekaterinburg, Surgut, Nizhni Tagil, Sergiev Posad, Evpatoria, Yalutorovsk, Orsk, and others... Mikhail Kobzar is Owner in "minim.all". Minim.all is a young Label that has been established in 2011. The label was founded by talented and developing music maker Mike Kobzar a.k.a. Plastic Sound. The name of this label will be associated with a high-quality electronic music and talented musicians in the nearest future. The basic style of the label is minimal and techno music. Label is supported by a variety of world famous musicians.
