Chosen as one of the top ten new young musicians by the hippest online lifestyle magazine Look at Me, Jekka already garnered a great following and played such festivals as Stereoleto in St. Petersburg, FORMA festival in Moscow, Texture festival in Perm and also clubs in Moscow and other Russian cities. Not only does she take inspiration from the likes of Bjork, Bob Dylan and David Bowie, but also from contemporary artists like Tune Yards, Bat for Lashes and embraces the use of new technologies such as ipads for live shows. A fan of everything new and at the same time respecting traditions, Jekka also works with visual artists to try and take music onto another level. Participant of Redbull Music Academy Bass Camp 2013 in St.Petersburg. In 2012 released debut EP Heart's a Mess
