Jesse James Rutherford, also known mononymously as Jesse, is an American singer and actor, known as the lead singer of the band, The Neighbourhood. As of the 13th of April 2019, he has two albums, &, which is his debut album that was released on the 10th of November 2017, and GARAGEB&, his newest album that was released on the 12th of April, 2019.
