As an english-singing artist (singer/songwriter/musician), you can log onto RV2, create an account for free and upload your basic song idea (don't worry, you retain your copyright), along with your bio, photos and videos. Even if your demo is "crappy" or basic (i.e. piano+vocal or guitar+vocal, etc.), our many world-renown European and American music producers will evaluate it on the basis of the musical idea contained within it - and not the quality of the demo itself.
